Our mission is to create nurturing spaces and programs where people can thrive and to cultivate a community of strength and healing while enhancing society's ability to evolve in balance with the natural world. By centering women and gender expansive people, fostering curiosity and courage, we embrace the full range of experiences climbing offers. Though offering a diverse range of programs and affinity spaces of varying degrees of cost, “difficulty,” and length, we strive to create an inclusive and accessible curriculum. Each of our programs grows a community to support to empower redefinition of success to not only encompass adversity but celebrate fortitude.

Grit is the embodiment of intention, passion, and perseverance through challenges. It's the mindset of curiosity and courage to push beyond our comfort zones and embrace the full range of experiences climbing offers. With grit, we exceed our own expectations, discovering what's possible when we give our best effort. It’s about showing up, embracing the journey, and committing to growth. By sharing our knowledge and skills, we build a stronger, more resilient community that lifts each other up, both on and off the wall.
